What we collect

Conversation data that visitors choose to share in chat (name, contact details, questions), account data (email, password hash), and technical logs (IP, timestamps) for security and analytics.

How we use it

• To operate the service: answer chats, capture leads, route conversations.
• To improve answer quality per widget owner's instructions.
• Never sold. Never shared except processors (hosting, payments, WhatsApp/360 Dialog) strictly needed to run the service.

Isolation & retention

Customer data is isolated per license at the API layer. Data is retained while the account is active and for 90 days after, then deleted. Export and deletion requests: hello@chatbotistic.com.
